  4. Give shape of tikki and shallow fry in oil or ghee
  5. For makhani gravy- soak 3-4 dry red chillies and cashews in warm water for 1 hour
  6. In mixer jar add cashews,red chillies, blend and make paste
  7. In a kadhai, heat oil, add 2-3 cloves, cardamom, bay leaves, ginger garlic paste,add ready paste
  8. Cook for 2-3min
  9. Makhani gravy is ready

  11. Arrange all ready dishes, rice, tikki, makhani gravy with salad and serve
