- For green chutney;
- 1/2 bunch Hara dhania
- 1/2 bunch Podina
- 5-6 Green chillies
- Water as required
- 1/4 tsp Salt or as required
- Filling;
- 1 cup Boiled chickpea
- Yogurt as required
Instructions to make to make Pani puri/ gol gappay
- Gappay preparation; In a bowl add all the dough ingredients and knead it until soft dough forms.
- Now set aside let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
- Now take dough and mkae small ball. Roll thin with a rolling pin and cut with a round shape cutter.
- Cover for 10 minutes and then fry them.
- For gappay Pani; In a wok, add water and imli water and all the mentioned ingredients and bring it to boil.
- Gappay Pani is ready.
- For Meethi chutney; In a pan add imli ka pulp and add gur, water. Cook until it becomes a paste.
- Now add chat masala, red chilli powder, ginger powder,zeera and salt and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
- Sweet chutney is ready.
- For green chutney; In a blender add all the ingredients and blend well.
- Green chutney is ready.
- Assembling; Poke a hole in gappay, add some chickpeas, add meethi chutney, green chutney, yogurt and pour it gappay water and enjoy it.
