  1. Soak urad dal in 2 cup water for 1 hour.
  2. Drain the dal and transfer to mixer jar add ginger green chilli and make course paste.
  3. For making kachori dough In big bowl add maida sooji salt 1 TSP kalonji 1 tbsp oil and mix with hand.
  4. Add urad dal paste and make a hard dough no need to add water knead properly.
  5. Add 1 tbsp oil and knead again. Cover with cloth and keep it for rest for 20 min.
  6. For making sabji For gravy In mixer jar put tomato ginger green chilli and make smooth paste keep it aside.
  7. Cut potato into 4 pieces
  8. Heat oil add panchoran (methi kalonji jeera saunf rai all 1/2 TSP each)
  9. Add tomato paste cook for 5 min add salt red chilli powder haldi dhania powder garam masala and cook till oil separates
  10. Add potato and mix well add 1 cup water and cook covered for 5 min in low flame.
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  12. For making kachori Knead the dough again with little oil in hand.
  13. Divide the dough into equal small balls and roll it out in small ball size.
  14. Heat oil put the kachori one by one and fry till golden brown in medium flame strain the kachori.
  15. Serve hot with Aloo sabji.
