  2. 1 cup ragi/ nachani flour
  3. 1 cup jowar flour
  4. 1 cup bajra flour
  5. 1 cup wheat flour

  10. 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  11. 1 cup grated carrot boiled
  12. 1 cup boiled mashed potato

  15. 1 tsp red chili powder
  16. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  17. 1 tsp black salt
  18. 1 tsp amchur powder

  20. 1 green chili chopped
  21. 1/2 cup fresh coriander chopped
  22. 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  23. as required oil for making paratha

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add jowar flour, bajra flour, ragi flour and wheat flour and mix well. Add salt to taste. Knead well to make a soft dough. add ghee and knead well. Keep it covered for nearly half an hour.
  2. For the stuffing in a large mixing bowl mix all the ingredients together. Add boiled potatoes, capsicum, cabbage, carrots, beetroot and French beans. Add salt and all dry masala. Mix well and keep aside.
  3. Divide the dough in six equal parts.
  4. Take one part and fill the stuffing in the dough Stuff it well and make sure the stuffing is not coming out of the paratha.
  5. Now either roll this gently using a rolling pin or tap it with your fingers to form paratha. Around 3-4 inches. Do not go for big size it will be difficult to pick.
  6. Use dry flour and while rolling always keep on sliding on the board, so that it does not stick.
  7. Heat a tawa and flip the paratha over to the tawa.
  8. Smear some ghee/oil on both sides and cook evenly from both sides.
  9. Repeat and make parathas the same way.
  10. Serve hot with chutney or curd.
