  1. In a pan add mince with all ingredients except onion and oil and let it cook covered till its done.then add oil and chopped piyaz n saute well.
  2. Take 2 large potatoes n boil with some salt.mash the potatoes and add salt,crushed red chili,dhania zeera,fresh green dhania n mint chopped and mix into qeema mixture thoroughly.at this stage you can adjust the seasoning as per your taste.
  3. Make small balls of dough n roll slightly..place some mixture of prepared qeema n put the other rolled dough on it...seal the edges with fingers n press with hands from the middle.
  4. Put on hot tawa and applly ghee on the upper side n turn when this side is done the turn again n cook on medium slow flame till well cooked n crispy.
  5. Take on the platter n serve with salad n mint raita.
