  3. Add oil in a moderately heated pan, add onion seeds and allow to crackle, then add potato + brinjal + green chili and sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Now add all chopped tomato + spices and stir fry for 2-3 minutes by adding 1/4 cup water so that spices don’t burn.
  5. Now add water and give 2-3 times rolling boil. Add chopped coriander + fried fish and boil for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Now fish potato curry is ready.
